Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and passionate HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. As an HR Intern at Evoort Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in various HR functions. You will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and other HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post JD for different Profiles (Roles)
  • Manage the life cycle of the recruitment process
  • Create a database for potential candidates
  • Collecting and screening the received profiles
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Plan and schedule the interview and keep a report of the same
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
  • Develop a network of suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Requirements and Skills:

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to network in order to build an exemplary IT department for the company
  • Proficient in English. 

Education:

  • MBA - HR or PGDM - HR Preferred
  • Graduate from any recognized university
