Job Summary:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who is passionate about crafting seamless, engaging and visually stunning digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications and a strong understanding of user psychology. You will work with our Marketing team to create compelling designs that cater to Evoort Solutions and its diverse clientele, including the Lifestyle, Fashion Jewelry and IT Industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and Business Unit heads to understand project requirements and translate them into user centric designs.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis and usability testing to refine design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications.
Ensure design consistency across platforms while aligning with brand aesthetics and industry trends.
Optimize UI/UX for customer engagement and conversion, particularly in fashion, jewelry, Lifestyle and IT Industry markets.
Work with developers to implement UI designs effectively, ensuring smooth interactions and animations.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and other industry standard design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design and accessibility standards.
Experience in designing for technology, e-commerce, lifestyle brands or high-engagement consumer platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for design feasibility (coding skills are a plus but not mandatory).
Ability to conduct user research, A/B testing and usability testing to improve designs iteratively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
Strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX projects, especially in fashion, jewelry or similar consumer driven industries.
